Issue description:
Users cannot update their address after account creation. This causes repeated issues during RQ (Regional Qualifier) registration and event participation when an email is incorrect or inaccessible. Support has limited remediation options, leading to recurring tickets. 
Current State

Request
Provide a controlled flow that allows logged-in users to update their email address and password from Account / Profile settings.
