Feature Request: Allow Users to Update Email Address and Password in Account Settings

Issue description:

Users cannot update their address after account creation. This causes repeated issues during RQ (Regional Qualifier) registration and event participation when an email is incorrect or inaccessible. Support has limited remediation options, leading to recurring tickets.

Current State

• Passwords can be reset via the Forgot Password flow
• Email addresses cannot be changed at all

Request Provide a controlled flow that allows logged-in users to update their email address and password from Account / Profile settings.

Why This Matters

• Reduces recurring support load
• Improves user autonomy and account hygiene
• Mitigates RQ registration issues tied to incorrect emails
• Aligns with standard account management expectations
