Loading My Events page for a user results in 500 error

Description:

The My Events page has been failing to load for a user davidpuentevsaja@gmail.com for the past few days on both phone and PC. Logging out and back in did not resolve it.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the My Events page.
2. View the page on mobile or desktop.

Current Result:

The page shows Error loading events: and does not load the user's events.

Workarounds:

None

What or how many support tickets are blocked by this?

One reported support conversation.

Support was unable to reproduce the issue on other accounts, but was able to reproduce the issue by spoofing this user's account.
