Problem

A retailer may be blocked from adding/registering a known player for Nexus Nights at one specific store while the same player can participate elsewhere. If confirmed, this leaves the organizer without a self-serve way to run the tournament accurately and suggests a store/event-specific registration, eligibility, or player-state issue.
