set champs rules

Set champs has lost its luster for the majority of players who play league since the 2nd place mat has gone away. This is exacerbated by the players who will go to every set champs they can to get as many mats as they can. Whenever we see someone who is hunting mats, we just feel defeated before we even play. I really believe that once someone has won a mat, they shouldn't be allowed to play another set champs for that set. Please consider this rule.

If the playhub tracked stats for players across events, this could be tracked and enforced.
