Pre Rift kit bug feedback

Hey,

a customer refuses to pay me the pre rift kit cuz of these pulls, on 5 pack 4 had the legend.

Also on 7 boxes, a customer got 85 Legends cards (basically 1 out of 2 packs)

i dont rememeber this in origins and spiritforge, the guys are really upset about the pulls, i don’t know what to tell them.

I know Riot try to balance all packs, but this is a bit too much. Hope my feedback could help for next Releases.

In the photos there is also another pre rift, that was the same as the first one: 4 legends out of 5 packs. Unfortunate, ok, but for the future i suggest to dedicate a slot in the pack only for the legends.
