Problem

Players looking to redeem points cannot find the reward store/rewards section after the updated website experience. The current state is unclear to users: it may be hidden, unavailable for some games, or simply not discoverable.

Product decision needed

Decide whether the reward store is intentionally unavailable, game-gated, temporarily disabled, or missing from navigation. If unavailable, the product should explain that state instead of leaving users searching.

Success criteria

  • [ ] Players can find the reward-store/rewards surface from the relevant Play Hub navigation when it is available.

  • [ ] Support has a canonical URL/state to send users asking where to redeem points.
