Player social graph: connect with past opponents, follow players

Feature Request

Riot wants players to be able to connect with people they've played against and follow them — building a social graph within the platform.

Scope

1. Player discovery — after a match, see your opponent's profile
2. Follow system — follow a player to see their activity (events, results, deck changes)
3. Social feed — lightweight activity feed of followed players' tournament results and achievements

Dependencies

• Match history must be in place (HYD2-4685 Done on mobile)
• Player profiles need to be public or semi-public

This is a longer-term feature. Parking it here to track the customer need.

Success Criteria

• [ ] After a match, players can view their opponent's profile
• [ ] Players can follow other players
• [ ] Followed players' activity appears in a feed or notification stream
• [ ] Privacy controls: players can control visibility of their profile/activity
