Problem
A retailer says their shop has been under review for roughly two weeks and they cannot create a Riftbound tournament while waiting. The current experience does not appear to give them a clear status, expected timeline, or next support path.
Evidence
Reporter quote: "We can’t create rifbound tournament because my shop id is under review can you help me?"
Product framing
This is an onboarding/status transparency problem. If review is intentionally publisher-owned, the product should still explain the current state and route the retailer to the correct owner rather than leaving tournament creation blocked with no next step.
90/10 outcome
Store application/review states should tell retailers what is blocking tournament creation, who owns the review, and what action/contact path is available if the review appears stale.
Success criteria
- [ ] Retailers with a pending Riftbound store review can see the current review state in-product.
- [ ] The blocked tournament-creation path explains why creation is unavailable.
- [ ] The UI provides a clear next step/contact route for stale pending reviews without requiring users to file generic feedback.
Open question
Confirm whether Riftbound review status and SLA copy should be owned by Carde, UVS, or both.
