Limit registration for set champs

Finding more and more people are signing up for multiple set champs on a day that are all at the same time. Then either not showing up and not dropping period, or dropping less than an hour before the start. This is making it difficult for people to even be able to register for a spot in a set champ event. I have also seen this cause set champs not to be able to fire because of people not showing up when we can clearly see they registered for multiple overlapping events.

This is a major turn off for players who want to attend a local event where registration filled with the traveling competitors players who sign up for multiple overlapping events then dont bother to show up or drop with enough time for someone else to be able to take the spot. That is unless those people decide to go sit in the event location and wait to see if everyone shows up. Not the disney way. And not the way to foster growth for the competitive game.
