Bug couldn't play in nexus night

I was gonna play a Nexus Nights and when I go to the adress the shop was not there. The shop moved to another place.
I go to the shop new adress and they tell me there is no Nexus Night tournament. The tournament is still waiting to start and we couldn’t go to other event. We couldn’t even get the promotional Booster we are supposed to get …

Is it possible to send promotionnal booster to all the participant of the event and get an information to why the site say there is a tournament and the shop is not aware…
